DISILLUSION To Play 'Back To Times Of Splendor' With Expanded Lineup

DISILLUSION, the prog-death band from Leipzig, Germany, will continue playing live shows until February 2005 in support of their current Metal Blade release, "Back To Times Of Splendor". Afterwards, the group will take a break from touring in order to concentrate on writing a new album. Fans wishing to experience the magic of "Back To Times Of Splendor" in a live setting should not miss the band live at one of the following dates:

Aug. 22 - Summer Breeze Festival - Abstgmünd, GER
Sep. 03 – Nebelmondparty - Wertherbruch, GER
Sep. 11 - Gasthof Auerbach - Zwickau, GER

For a few selected shows, the band has prepared something very special for their diehard fans: DISILLUSION will appear with an expanded line-up, accompanied by five guest musicians.

In addition to the power trio, the band will consist of an acoustic guitarist, keyboardist, bassist, and two back-up singers, resulting in a unique interpretation of the songs from their successful debut album.

Almost all of the guest musicians are members of DARK SUNS, a fellow Leipzig-based band who are friends with DISILLUSION.
